    Diversinet First to Provide Digital Certificate Software for Palm(tm) Handheld Computers

    Diversinet Corp., (NASDAQ: DVNT)(CDN: DVNT.) a leader in security for wireless e-commerce applications, today announced it has enhanced the company's Passport Certificate Server 3.0 to include digital certificates for Palm Computing's leading-edge wireless Palm Operating System. Diversinet's patented wireless security solutions are commercially available across multiple platforms, including PalmOS, Research in Motion handheld wireless e-mail devices and the Wireless Application Protocol for new generations of digital cellular phones.

    The Passport Certificate Server 3.0, combined with the Diversinet's new Passport Permit Server 2.0, provide a total security solution for wireless and wireline devices, including pagers, digital cellular phones and PDAs.
