Digital E-Mess@ge subscribers can receive e-mail on their digital
wireless phone from anyone with Internet access. In addition,
messages can be sent to more than one Digital E-Mess@ge
subscriber via a Message Center on the CrystalONE Wireless web
site. This useful feature works well with large sales teams or
dispatched technicians that need to receive crucial information
while in the field.

Digital E-Mess@ge includes MessageONE voicemail service and
numeric paging at no extra charge. Callers can leave a verbal
message or send a callback page request with their phone number
to the text display on the customer's phone.

From stock quotes to weather reports to sport scores, this
customized feature allows Digital E-Mess@ge subscribers to keep
up with latest news that is important to them.

An optional plan called Operator Assisted Messaging is available for busy users who need to receive messages from people who do not have Internet access. For an additional charge per month, this innovative service allows callers to leave messages with a CrystalONE Wireless operator who then relays the information to the user's phone. As an added benefit, a complimentary e-mail copy of the text message and 800 number access to the operator are included.
Digital E-Mess@ge can be used throughout eastern Minnesota, including Minneapolis, St. Paul, St. Cloud, Rochester, and Duluth, as well as several key cities in the United States. It is available exclusively to CrystalONE Wireless customers who own a digital wireless phone and reside in the seven-county service area in southern Minnesota.
