Entrust Technologies and IBM to Deliver Trust to Portfolio of Wireless and E-Business Solutions

Industry Leaders Team to Offer Proven End-to-End Security to Customers in More Than 160 Countries

ENTU(NASDAQ:ENTU) Entrust Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: ENTU) and IBM Global Services, the global leaders in solutions that bring trust to e-business, today announced they will collaborate to deliver trusted wireless and e-business security solutions for business-to-business and business-to-consumer applications.

IBM Global Services will tap Entrust's entire line of market-leading products and services to provide trusted e-business transactions to customers in more than 160 countries. Together, these industry leaders have the resources, products and services to deliver high-quality, proven solutions for wireless and wired e-business transactions of their customers. In addition to products and services, Entrust and IBM will offer a broad portfolio of security consulting and related professional services to IBM Global Services customers.

This collaboration provides IBM Global Services consultants and technology specialists with access to Entrust's PKI training and certification programs, marketing tools and technical support. Entrust will initially train and certify IBM Global Services "e-business people" in North America, Europe and Asia, reaching upwards of 100 consultants.

Both are also founding members of the PKI Forum, an industry-led collaboration created to accelerate the adoption of PKI technology and PKI-based solutions as the trusted, secure foundation for e-business applications.
