GlobalStore.com Incorporated (www.globalstore.com) today announced that it has signed an agreement with PROSPECTUS GROUP INC. (PSE-CDNX -www.Prospectus.com) for a customized nTelligence(C) Web-to-wireless platform. GlobalStore e-commerce sites will now have the option to feature Web-to-wireless notification on product specials, sales transactions and order tracking pushed to their customer's digital pagers, PDA's and cellular phones. With the help of GlobalStore.com, HyperNet will build upon their nTelligence(C) software to provide a convenient e-commerce platform for future e-tailers to facilitate the exchange of information electronically with off-line customers. HyperNet will benefit from the customization of their nTelligence(C) software through the GlobalStore.com project. With the advent of a new generation of digital devices equipped with micro-browsers, this partnership places both companies in an enviable position to leverage their expertise in both the Web-to-wireless and e-commerce marketplaces.

"At Prospectus, we have anticipated the need for more robust and portable platforms for customer relationship management - bringing Web-based information to the emerging mobile shopper. We envision that the wireless revolution will refine the concept of real-time customer convenience and interaction beyond what traditional Web-based storefronts are capable of providing," said Marvin Bedward, Chief Executive Officer, Prospectus Group Inc.

"This gives GlobalStore.com the opportunity to offer a value-added service to our products _ positioning our company at the forefront by incorporating wireless technologies into scaleable e-commerce applications", said Steve Stout, President and Chief Operating Officer, GlobalStore.com Inc.

Forrester Research predicts that US$327 billion will be transacted via electronic commerce by 2002. With more than 800 million wireless devices expected to be in use by 2003, Analysts predict that wireless data service revenues will increase to US$8.4 billion before 2005.

The e-commerce development partnership with GlobalStore.com(R) complements recent announcements with Allaire Corporation for consulting support and education on Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) technologies designed to migrate traditional Web interfaces to the wireless browser.
