iDial Announces First Wireless Phone to Phone Access Service for Palm VII

iDial Networks, Inc. (OTCBB:IDNW), a rapidly growing VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) company, today announced the first wireless phone to phone access service for Palm Inc.'s (NASDAQ:PALM) Model VII users. By downloading and installing a free application written for the Palm VII by iDial, owners of the Palm VII may utilize iDial's NetPhoneCard(TM) service to place low cost phone to phone calls worldwide. The free application provides Palm VII users with wireless access via Palm.Net to iDial's network where economical phone-to-phone calling is provided. The free application is available today for download at iDial's corporate website www.idialnetworks.com, at www.netphonecard.com and other Palm VII related sites.

To support the rollout of the new wireless product, iDial also introduced a new flat rate program of 8.9 cents per minute for all calls originating and terminating in Australia, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, The Netherlands, Switzerland, United Kingdom and the United States via iDial's network. The new flat rate program is effective today and available for all users of iDial's NetPhoneCard service, whether or not the service is accessed via the Palm VII or other access methods. No monthly access fees, surcharges or other fees are charged to use NetPhoneCard services - only a low per minute charge applies.

iDial's NetPhoneCard services may be utilized to place phone to phone calls worldwide using any of the following methods: wireless access with the Palm VII in Palm.Net coverage areas; via the Internet at www.netphonecard.com utilizing a standard web browser such as Microsoft's (NASDAQ:MSFT) Internet Explorer or Netscape's (NYSE:AOL) Navigator; or via a 888 toll-free access number within the United States.

"The incredible success of the PALM VII will only be enhanced by value added services, and we believe iDial's application is a major consumer benefit," stated George V. Stein, President and CEO of iDial Networks, Inc.
