The IDMF and dmBusiness Magazine recognized companies within several different categories, including Database Marketing and Digital Development, and the Internet and e-Commerce category in which Smith-Gardner received its award. The judging panel is comprised of various industry experts who vote according to each product's potential affect on the direct marketing industry. An overall winner for Best New Product of the Year, chosen among the ten finalists, will be announced at the IDMF's March 15 gala dinner.
