Arch Partners with GoAmerica To Offer Wireless Internet for Mobile Data Market

New Services Provide Introductory Pricing to Arch Customers

Arch Communications Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:APGR), a leading U.S. wireless messaging and mobile data services company, today announced new service offerings in connection with an agreement with GoAmerica Communications Corp., a nationwide wireless Internet service provider and a wholly-owned subsidiary of GoAmerica, Inc. (Nasdaq:GOAM).

The new services will enable mobile customers to access Internet-based data and e-mail from wireless devices. Arch and GoAmerica also agreed to jointly develop horizontal and vertical wireless data applications that will operate on Arch's comprehensive dedicated wireless data and interactive messaging network as well as other wireless data networks.

Through the wireless Go.Web(TM) service from GoAmerica, Arch customers on-the-go will be able to tap into such personalized Web content as news, stock quotes, sports scores, travel, weather, and POP3 e-mail accounts as well as their corporate intranets.

"With its extensive Internet capabilities, we believe this service is an excellent addition to our interactive messaging product line," said Steve Gross, executive vice president of sales and marketing at Arch. "The capabilities provided by GoAmerica complement our existing Internet and email services, and allow us to fully satisfy the needs of an important segment of our customer base -- the heavy mobile data user."

"GoAmerica recognizes the changing needs of the mobile user," said Joe Korb, executive vice president of GoAmerica, Inc. "Adding our services to Arch's current capabilities means more choices for customers. Now they will be able to receive Go.Web content and large amounts of data sent from virtually anywhere in the United States."

Arch will offer the new features for a flat rate with no overcall or other charges. GoAmerica will initially waive the activation fee for Arch customers. For more information, contact Arch at www.arch.com.
