CertifiedMail.com Goes Wireless and Introduces New Downloadable Microsoft Outlook Feature

Send Certified Button Puts Total Email Security One Click Away

CertifiedMail.com, the premier provider of secure Internet and wireless document delivery, today introduced completely secured wireless email to both PCs and cell phones - the first company to offer this service.

In another first, CertifiedMail.com has introduced its Send Certified(TM) button, enabling easy, one-click sending of secure messages from Microsoft Outlook. A similar button for Lotus Notes is currently under development, soon to be released.

Demonstrations of both the wireless application and the new Send Certified(TM) button will be conducted at EMA 2000, Electronic Messaging Association's annual conference, at Booth No. 629, at the J.B. Hynes Convention Center in Boston, MA, April 6 - 8. Journalists are welcome to download the button and register for the service on a complimentary basis by clicking on www.certifiedmail.com/button.

"In this day and age, there is no excuse for sending confidential or proprietary messages via regular email - it's irresponsible. Yet you still have people making excuses for why they don't protect themselves, their clients and their employees -- the biggest excuse cited is that it involves extra steps. With our Send Certified(TM) button, we have eliminated that extra step, and with our new wireless features, we have expanded secure email delivery to include web-enabled cell phones," said CertifiedMail.com President and CEO Mahesh Muchhala.

Other CertifiedMail.com features include full security with encryption of all messages during transmission and storage; receipt tracking for the sender with record of date and time messages are opened; digital signature to verify message integrity; and an automatically created inbox, which stores a complete record of messages sent and received, minimizing administrative efforts and costs.

A recognized innovator in the secure Internet and wireless document delivery industry, CertifiedMail.com competes with Tumbleweed (Nasdaq: TMWD), United Parcel Service (NYSE: UPS) and ZixIt (Nasdaq: ZIXI).
