Iquity Systems announced today that they will become a solution provider for Windows Powered Pocket PC.
Iquity Systems will provide functionality to personalize, rate and sponsor cellular access of Internet and telephony services for Pocket PCs using wireless connectivity through GSM, GPRS or UMTS.
Iquity Systems develops solutions for fixed and cellular Tier-1 to Tier-3 telecommunications companies. The solutions provide state-of-the-art functionality for content, rating and settlement logic in one platform -- the IQ Platform. The IQ Platform consists of six modules including Content Logic, Identification, Rating, Settlement, Subscriber Management and Service Management. Iquity Systems' products, such as OptPay, GratisTel, NicetNet, and View4U are all based on the dynamic IQ Platform.
The Pocket PC is not just a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant). As bandwidths increase and memory capabilities expand, the Pocket PC will, for the first time ever, make the convergence of services such as telephony, Internet and audio/video a reality.
