As part of the agreement, Logica will include Trintech's PayWare eIssuer product in its portfolio of world class e-commerce solutions that will be marketed through Logica's 8,500 staff in 23 countries worldwide. Trintech's innovative PayWare eIssuer product provides a simple, user-friendly and secure route for consumers to carry out transactions over the Internet. The complete Logica/Trintech virtual card solution enables banks to take their card brands from the physical to virtual world and retain consumer brand loyalty on the Internet. In addition, with increased customer data, banks will be able to offer enhanced value-added-services to their customers.
