UpShot.com and Everypath to Web-enable Mobile Sales Professionals

Partnership Allows UpShot Customers to Access Web-Based Sales Information From Mobile Phones, Other Wireless Devices

UpShot.com(TM) today announced that it will work with Everypath to deliver wireless access to the UpShot.com Web-based sales management solution for small and growing businesses.

As a result of the collaboration, UpShot customers will be able to access critical customer and account data whether they are on the road, traveling, or otherwise unable to access a desktop PC. The Everypath version of UpShot.com wireless is being introduced today at an invitation-only media event during Internet World 2000.

As part of UpShot's broader strategy to support all Internet-enabled wireless devices, the UpShot.com wireless solution with Everypath will initially focus on supporting Internet-enabled mobile phones through the WAP protocol. Additional devices and platforms will be added based on customer demand. The Everypath wireless solution for UpShot.com is expected to be available for customer trials in Q3, 2000, with general availability to follow.

"Enabling our customers to access their critical sales information via Web-enabled phones and other wireless devices is a natural next-step for the UpShot.com service," said Russ Wood, vice president of marketing for UpShot.com. "By collaborating with Everypath we will be able to leverage their unique approach to mobilizing Websites to rapidly extend the UpShot application into an even more effective sales management solution. By expanding customer choice in how they work with the application, we inherently enhance its value to our customers."

"Sales professionals are the ultimate mobile professionals, and they demand timely, accurate information. Everypath can provide web-based information on mobile devices in real time - assuring that the data that a sales team has is always accurate and up to date," said Marcia Kadanoff, Chief Marketing Officer of Everypath. "We are pleased to announce UpShot as a charter customer in our launch and to make this important application available to mobile professionals."
