Wireless and Mobile Information Veterans Join Wireless Web Company MobileEngines

Motorola Veteran Peter Margaris and Wireless Veteran Engineer Mark Rafter Join MobileEngines Management Team

MobileEngines Inc. today announced that two wireless and mobile information industry veterans have joined the company, further validating MobileEngines' leadership in the wireless space.

Both bring extensive experience in wireless and telecommunication to the company. Peter Margaris, director of Global Business Development for Motorola's Global Telecom Solutions Group, has joined the company as vice president of business development, and Mike Rafter, former Sage Instruments VP of engineering and product development, has joined as vice president of engineering.

Peter Margaris delivers to MobileEngines a deep understanding of the up and coming mobile information markets and extensive experience in sales and business development strategies for mobile communications. Margaris spent over 11 years at Motorola where he managed high-level relationships with global telecommunications service providers, developed sales and business development strategies for Motorola's Communications Solutions portfolio, and developed and executed strategic accounts and sales efforts. He is responsible for overseeing and driving MobileEngines' partnership and customer strategies.

Rafter adds to MobileEngines over 18 years experience in senior level engineering development and management for wireless, communications and convergence companies. As vice president of engineering at MobileEngines, Rafter is responsible for leading a stellar engineering team in the development of the company's wireless platform and products.
