Agreement Expands i3 Mobile's Platform of Location-Based Wireless Services

Mobile, a leading provider of innovative wireless media solutions since 1991, from personalized, localized information to e-commerce services, today announced an agreement with infoUSA.com (majority shareholder, infoUSA, Inc. (NASDAQ: IUSA)), a leading provider of white- and yellow-page directory content and proprietary business information. Under the agreement, i3 Mobile will incorporate infoUSA.com's directory information into its wireless content and mobile commerce services.

The infoUSA.com database of 96 million consumers and nearly 11 million businesses enables a wide range of services for users of mobile phones and other wireless devices. i3 Mobile products based on infoUSA.com content will provide the ability to look up phone numbers and addresses for businesses such as restaurants, retailers and services stations based on the user's location, white page lookups and other services that leverage i3 Mobile's location-based technologies for text messaging, Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) and in-vehicle telematics applications.

"Partnering with infoUSA.com allows us to add access to directory information on millions of business and people to our suite of location-based services, " said Stephen G. Maloney, president and CEO of i3 Mobile. "This agreement furthers our mission to provide wireless users with the most personalized, localized information and commerce services available today."

"The combination of infoUSA.com's high-quality, location-specific data and i3 Mobile's wireless technology leadership makes for an important partnership in the emerging wireless data marketplace, commented Bill Chasse, President and CEO of infoUSA.com. "The agreement with i3 Mobile is part of our continuing effort to partner with cutting-edge businesses in the wireless arena."
