US Online Announces Wireless Access Agreement With GoAmerica; Alliance Provides Full Range of GoAmerica Wireless Internet Services to US Online Subscribers

US Online, the industry's largest local ISP Network, today announced it has signed an agreement with GoAmerica, Inc. (Nasdaq:GOAM), a nationwide wireless Internet service provider.

The alliance provides US Online's subscribers the full range of GoAmerica's wireless Internet and communications services. This alliance opens the door for US Online to offer its subscribers and network partners enhanced services that include e-commerce, wireless transactions and wireless access to email and other Web-based content.

US Online will offer these enhanced wireless services to its 130 network partners, representing more than 500,000 end user subscribers.

"We are extremely excited to offer GoAmerica's leading wireless products and services to our partners and their subscribers. US Online differentiates itself by being an innovator of technology and services," said Steve Klock, CEO of US Online. "This position is one of the reasons for our rapid growth and strong customer loyalty."

"This alliance will provide a competitive advantage to US Online's many local Internet service providers," said Joe Korb, executive vice president of GoAmerica. "The members of US Online's national network of local ISPs are now able to offer their customers a choice in how, when and where they get their Web-based information -- through the traditional wireline format, or now wirelessly in real-time."

GoAmerica enables wireless access to the Internet, corporate intranets and POP3 email. GoAmerica's services are available on a wide variety of wireless devices, including handhelds, smartphones, laptops, notebooks, palmtops and Pocket PCs on your choice of nationwide wireless networks.
