Vindigo and inshop.com Partner to Mobilize Savvy Shoppers; Expands Shopping Choices by Adding Thousands of Retail Stores to Innovative Personal Navigation Service

Vindigo, the leading developer of personal navigation applications for handheld devices and inshop.com (AOL keyword: inshop), the Internet shopping infomediary for retailers to drive shoppers to their stores, today jointly announced an innovative partnership to bring inshop's comprehensive store listings for local specialty stores, upscale designer boutiques and department stores to Vindigo. Vindigo's free mobile service for Palm(R), Inc. (Nasdaq:PALM) and Palm-compatible handheld devices arms users with the timely local content they need to make fast, informed decisions about where to Eat, Shop and Play -- whenever and wherever they are.

In June, Vindigo users on-the-go in New York will have access to inshop's comprehensive local store listings from their mobile device. As Vindigo expands to additional major metropolitan cities in June, including Boston, Chicago, San Francisco and Washington, D.C., inshop will provide its comprehensive shopping information for those cities. Vindigo is available free-of-charge by downloading the application from www.vindigo.com or from www.inshop.com.

Shopping information in Vindigo is organized into several categories, from men's and women's wear to hats, scarves and eyewear. Each listing includes complete location and contact information including store name, address and telephone number. Now savvy shoppers will have all of the information they need to streamline their shopping efforts at their fingertips. Finding a nearby shoe store, for example, is as easy as entering the closest intersection and selecting a listing. Vindigo can also provide door-to-door walking directions.

"Vindigo offers our customers the perfect way to keep informed about the most comprehensive, up-to-the-minute information on their favorite stores, when they are out in the street," said Veronique Bardach, CEO and founder of inshop. "inshop is committed to providing its users with the easiest, most flexible and powerful ways to become savvy buyers. Now, they'll be able to access this information using Vindigo's innovative, personal navigation service."

"We are committed to delivering the richest most comprehensive set of personal navigation services possible to put local information in every Vindigo user's hand," said Jason Devitt, CEO and co-founder of Vindigo. "The addition of the inshop significantly expands the Shopping section of the Vindigo service with its extensive listings of local shopping information to include every unique boutique and mainstay shopping outlet in Manhattan."
