Women.com Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: WOMN; www.women.com), the leading Internet destination for women and a top 50 Internet property, today announced a relationship with AvantGo Inc., a mobile Internet company, to further extend Women.com's reach via mobile devices and Internet-enabled phones.

The initial deployment of Women.com content on the AvantGo mobile Internet service will include Women.com's daily horoscopes from its Astronet site, the leading online provider of horoscopes and astrology-related content. Women.com's branded, optimized content on the AvantGo service is available on Palm OS and Windows CE-based handheld devices and Internet-enabled phones. The service allows users to browse their favorite Web sites or download content and applications from more than 400 content channels specially optimized for mobile devices' small screen.

"With increased demand for `daily addictions' like horoscopes, teaming up with AvantGo is part of our strategy to deliver news and information from Women.com whenever and wherever she wants it," said Ellen Pack, founder and senior vice president, Women.com Networks. "In the next three years, Internet-enabled handheld and smart phone users are expected to reach 90 million*--a huge market opportunity for Women.com as we continue to increase our scale and reach through wireless devices."

"Providing up-to-date news and information targeting the increasing population of wireless women means working with leaders in women's content online," said Ann Culver, director of partner marketing and development for AvantGo Mobile Internet. "Women.com is a leader in this area and we are excited about the opportunity to work together."
