ECOutlook.com -- Now in the Palm of Your Hand

Partnership Expands ECOutlook.com To Wireless Handheld Devices

ECOutlook.com, a high-growth e-business service company that provides an intelligent link between companies for the purpose of business exchange of information, today announced a strategic partnership with Palm Inc. that will extend the functionality of its Internet business-to-business information exchange services into hand held devices.

Through their partnership with Palm Inc., ECOutlook.com customers will now be able to access a variety of valuable transaction data, including shipment tracking, inventory status, payment status and more using the award winning Palm OS(R) platform.

Using the Palm VII platform, customers now can check shipment status simply by inputing a bill of lading number, can check inventory levels through their vendor-managed inventory systems, and can track advance shipment notices.

"ECOutlook.com is thrilled to offer our customers multiple platforms to access valuable business information," said Mark Kingston, CEO of ECOutlook.com. "ECOutlook.com clients can be standing in front of their customers and give them any information regarding inventory levels, purchase order status and shipment status. It gives companies tremendous flexibility and dramatically improves the response time they have with their customers and suppliers."

ECOutlook.com is a hosted solution that makes it possible for companies to conduct business via the Internet with 100 percent of their supply chain partners (suppliers, customers, carriers, service providers and digital marketplaces). Within 120 days, the solution enables companies to exchange information between their trading partner's ERP, legacy systems and business applications (e.g. SAP, JD Edwards, PeopleSoft, Ariba, etc.) and their own business systems, regardless of disparate communication standards or varying levels of technical sophistication.

"ECOutlook.com strives to supply customers with the best available technologies and the best services for business information," said James Paat, president and COO of ECOutlook.com. "We remain at the leading edge of technology so that we can incorporate and develop these advances in a seamless and timely way for all our customers."
