IncTools, of Denver, Colorado, today announced that IncTools customers can now synchronize the Palm Pilot PIM applications (contacts, calendar, to do's) with their IncTools service, providing hand-held access to the data residing on the web site.
The standard HotSync interface is used, making it immediately usable by anyone familiar with out-of-the-box Palm synchronization.
Tim Dumler, IncTools Vice President for Product Development, who has been instrumental in developing the new synchronization offering, commented, "The ability to synchronize information stored on the IncTools site with the Palm Pilot family of products is very important to our users as Palm controls nearly 80% of the PDA market worldwide."
IncTools offers a web-based suite of communication services, which allows people an easy way to communicate, collaborate, and contribute on company projects from anywhere. IncTools is a low-cost monthly subscription service, which provides a hosted intranet at a fraction of the cost of setting up and maintaining one's own system. IncTools is primarily focused on the small business marketplace, but the technology is usable in both the B2B and B2C niches for users of virtually any size or industry focus.
