Juno to Be Distributed With Palm Handheld Computers Wireless Service Enables Users to Access Juno Anytime

Juno Online Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: JWEB), a leading provider of Web access and other Internet services nationwide, today announced that Juno Air(SM), Juno's recently introduced mobile Internet service, will be bundled with certain wireless-enabled Palm(TM) handheld computers. All consumers who purchase a wireless-enabled Palm handheld will have the ability to access Juno from anywhere within the Palm.Net(R) service's extensive coverage area.

"We are very pleased that Palm will be including Juno as an in-box service provider," said Toby Bryce, Juno's senior vice president for corporate development. "Our relationship with Palm is an important part of our strategy to make Juno available to subscribers whenever they want it and wherever they happen to be."

Juno had more than 3.0 million active subscribers during the month of March, including more than 2.3 million active Web-enabled subscribers and approximately 0.7 million who were able to use only Juno's original e-mail service. Based on its total of 10 million registered subscriber accounts, Juno is currently the second largest provider (after AOL) of dial-up Internet services; based on its 3.0 million active subscribers, Juno is the third largest, after AOL and EarthLink.

"Mobile, anytime access to the Internet and e-mail is becoming increasingly important to our customers," said Byron Connell, vice president, consumer markets group for Palm, Inc. "We're pleased to bundle Juno Air with various future Palm handheld computers."
