M2card, Inciscent Announce Strategic Alliance to Develop Wireless Commerce Solutions

Services Will Capitalize On the Mobility of Youth Market

M2card, Inc., a provider of an innovative online and offline payment solution for teenagers, and Inciscent, a wired-to-wireless, applications service provider (ASP), today announced a strategic alliance to develop wireless transaction services designed to complement M2card's products and services.

Set to launch in late summer, M2card offers teenagers a pre-funded cash card that can be used at all merchants that accept major credit cards. M2card gives teenagers flexible purchasing power while providing parents with the ability to monitor the account.

The collaboration with Inciscent brings M2card into the mobile e-commerce (m-commerce) marketplace, as customers can check payment balances wirelessly before point-of-sale purchases or to access real-time content from M2card. Inciscent and M2card are also jointly developing other billing and payment solutions for the mobile consumer to provide the ability to transact from handheld wireless devices.

"We are extremely pleased to be collaborating with a leading innovator of stored value cards for the youth market," stated Thomas P. Matthews, President of Inciscent. "The demographic characteristics of M2card's target audience reflects highly mobile, technology savvy individuals who set the profile for early mobile commerce adapters."

Inciscent will also offer wireless services provided via the nationwide wireless networks of Metrocall, Inc., (NASDAQ: MCLL), including the ReFLEX two-way data network. Metrocall is the leading shareholder in Inciscent. Account information will be initially accessible to mobile M2card customers through two-way wireless messaging devices, as well as via the M2card website.

Access and transaction capabilities via other wireless networks and appliances such as WAP phones will also be developed.

"We are delighted to be working with Inciscent, a leading-edge wireless ASP," stated M2card CEO Junehee Cho. "This partnership signifies an important step forward in our efforts to establish M2card as the most flexible payment option available to the youth market. While M2card provides flexibility in terms of near ubiquitous merchant acceptance, our Inciscent relationship further allows us to make both our payment solution and commerce-related services accessible from anywhere, providing teens with an additional sense of financial mobility."
