This service enhancement enables on-the-move professionals to access their contacts, calendar, tasks, and notes anywhere, using Web-enabled phones. Automated synchronization with multiple platforms, such as Microsoft Outlook(R) and Palm OS(R) devices, ensures that critical information is current and immediately accessible without re-entering data.
Users can immediately view their contacts, calendar, tasks and notes; search for a keyword in their contacts list; initiate calls to a business contact with a single key-press; and send a pre-set email message ("Call me ASAP!"), unobtrusively and swiftly. SwiftTouch is offered as a free service to individuals and is licensed to organizations and strategic partners.
