USABancShares.com to Deliver Wireless Banking through New Relationship with Palm

USABancShares.com, (NASDAQ:USAB) a leading provider of Internet banking services, today announced its real-time wireless banking application has been selected by Palm, Inc. to be distributed with wirelessly enabled Palm handheld computers.

Through the touch of an icon, Palm users will be able to open accounts, transfer funds, pay bills and have complete control over financial assets.

Launched in March as one of the first wireless banking applications in the country, aeBank Unplugged' from USABancShares.com offers real-time access to account balances, history, transfers, and electronic bill payment. The company's wireless initiative, designed in cooperation with Electronic Data Systems (NYSE-"EDS"), has been available on Palm VII handhelds and Sprint PCS web-enabled digital phones. Agreements with additional companies are planned to further enhance distribution.
