NetMorf Unveils Global Partner Program to Expand the Reach of Mobile Commerce

Leading E-Services and Technology Providers Are Poised to Deliver Mobile Commerce Sites Utilizing Industry's First Mobile Commerce Platform

NetMorf, Inc., the leading mobile commerce platform provider, today launched its new Global Partner Program to further expand the adoption and implementation of robust mobile commerce solutions. As part of the rollout, NetMorf named several solution integrators and technology providers as new members of the Global Partner Program. NetMorf is currently working with these e-services and technology providers to offer counsel on mobile commerce strategy, design and execution for customers and prospects.

NetMorf has launched its new Partner Program with a number of leading e-services and technology providers including:

-- Alliance Consulting Group

-- Allaire Corporation

-- Braun Consulting

-- iORMYX, Inc.

-- Mercator Software

-- Mobilocity

-- Viridien Technologies

-- Xpedior

Having completed NetMorf's first partner training workshop, e-business leaders now can leverage NetMorf's SiteMorfer(TM) mobile commerce platform to help their customers create a new business channel through wireless Web access.

"In order to cut through all the noise in the market around wireless Web and to deliver a real value proposition to our e-business customers, we made a strategic decision to create the industry's first mobile commerce platform that can help our customers create an entirely new channel for conducting business on wireless devices," stated Michael Maggio, president and CEO of NetMorf. "For many companies, customization, implementation and management of the solution are mission-critical components. To address these needs, and to continue to focus on our core competency, we realized it was critical to enlist proven solution integrators and complementary technology providers as our partners in delivering and managing the platform. Now, SiteMorfer-certified consultants can provide the regular hands-on management to ensure maximum optimization of the solution."

The NetMorf Global Partner Program is designed to enable system integrators and technology providers to build, deploy and manage mobile commerce sites for their customers using the SiteMorfer platform. The program allows NetMorf partners to set up practices around SiteMorfer and help companies create and maintain a new channel for conducting business with customers, partners and employees through mobile devices. By leveraging the SiteMorfer platform, partners will design advanced mobile business-to-business, business-to-enterprise and business-to-consumer applications.

"Since Mobilocity's sole focus is m-commerce, our goal is to identify and leverage the best technology investment for our clients who are striving to deploy mobile commerce applications," stated Goran Arbanas, director of Mobility Lab, Mobilocity. "In reviewing existing mobile commerce solutions, we realized that a platform which leverages the back-end databases and can support any mobile protocol would be the best investment. As a SiteMorfer-certified partner, our clients now have access to a robust mobile commerce infrastructure that will scale to meet their future needs, and support new wireless devices."

Partnership levels include system integrators (solution providers, consultants and Web integrators) and technology providers (complementary technology companies that provide best-of-breed Internet infrastructure). As part of the Global Partner Program, NetMorf will offer training in the product and services necessary to customize, implement and deliver the SiteMorfer platform to system integrators and technology partners. Additionally, partners will benefit from joint sales and marketing efforts.

"Wireless, like the Internet, opens a whole new realm of possibilities for our clients. Not only is it the next critical component of information delivery, wireless offers yet another channel to help our clients reach their customers, and deliver personalized content and services," said Larry Goldman, vice president, Customer Solutions, Braun Consulting. "Leveraging the SiteMorfer platform, we are making wireless a reality for our customers - enabling them to create and extend their Internet applications and e-businesses to a complete wireless platform and empowering them with the ability to communicate and collaborate with their customers anywhere, anytime, securely and reliably using mobile devices."

"We are excited to be part of NetMorf's partnership program," said John Wollman, senior vice president of Solutions & Marketing at Alliance Consulting Group. "Alliance is increasingly involved in creating unique digital solutions for our clients' Web strategies. NetMorf offers an open, extensible architecture based on XML, that will help us implement more effective mobile solutions for our clients."
