Promonium.com and Wireless Services Corporation Announce Development of M-Commerce Application

Mobile FulNet Allows Remote Franchisees and Distributors to Receive Instant Access to Sales Orders and Product Fulfillment On Wireless Devices

Promonium.com, an e-commerce solutions provider for the promotional products industry, today announced that it has joined forces with Wireless Services Corp., an application service provider for mobile Internet applications, to develop an m-commerce application that will enable the company's franchisees and distributors to access order-processing information using remote wireless devices.

The companies have jointly developed an application called Mobile FulNet that will allow Promonium.com's franchisees and distributors to remotely monitor sales orders and receive status alerts on remote wireless devices about product inventory and fulfillment. Mobile FulNet will be commercially available by third quarter 2000.

Industry sales within the promotional product category are quickly approaching $75 billion, with more than 400,000 different items available, from golf shirts to coffee mugs, pens and picture frames according to the Promotional Products Association International (PPAI).

"In a rapidly growing market with so many different products, it's critical for Promonium.com's distributors to stay on top of their inventory and instantly know an order's status wherever they might be working," said Steve Wood, CEO and President of Wireless Services Corp.

"We are committed to providing our sales force with tools that will make them more effective," said Paul Vogelzang, CEO of Promonium.com. "We felt that Wireless Services Corporation's vision of freeing people from being tethered to wires fit perfectly with our commitment to keeping our employees informed and available wherever they are."

Dan Carlson, CEO of Adventures in Advertising, commented, "With Mobile FulNet, our sales force remains mobile, increasing our efficiency and overall sales and keeping our distributors in front of the decision makers."

Promonium.com recently merged with Adventures in Advertising, Inc., which has a network of more than 350 promotional product distributors.
