Acumen Solutions, Inc., a leading management and technology consulting firm for global telecommunications companies, announced today that it has entered into a systems development and services partnership agreement with Aether Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:AETH), to enable telecommunications companies to efficiently and effectively deliver Wireless Internet applications and content to customers and their sales force. The partnership supports Aether's mission to facilitate the integration and deployment of innovative mobile and wireless solutions that extend enterprise applications to hand held devices.
Acumen Solutions will leverage Aether's products and technologies to enable telecommunications companies to offer customers the ability to mobilize their existing Web site content and deliver it to mobile and wireless handheld devices. Customers will also have wireless access to information about their accounts and new products and services. In addition, this partnership will provide telecom companies a competitive sales advantage by wireless enabling their sales force.
