CreSenda Wireless and Palm Announce OEM Agreement

CreSenda's Wireless Professional Series(SM) Utilizes Palm(TM) Hardware & Operating System to Deliver Real Estate Industry Solution To Professionals On-the-Go

CreSenda Wireless, a leader in innovative wireless solutions for mobile professionals, and Palm Inc. (Nasdaq:PALM) today announced they have entered into an OEM agreement where CreSenda will be provided key Palm handheld hardware and software for its Wireless Professional Series(SM).

The handheld computer will be branded with the CreSenda name and feature CreSenda's logo and signature blue corporate color.

Under the agreement, Palm will supply CreSenda-branded Palm Vx handheld computers to serve as the hardware platform and operating system for CreSenda's first product line, WirelessRealty(SM), a residential real estate industry solution. A co-branded CreSenda/Novatel modem will come packaged with CreSenda's handheld to enable the wireless service. Palm will work with CreSenda's operations and engineering teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery, as well as seamless integration with CreSenda's WirelessRealty.
