Engage Media Introduces Online Advertising Solutions To The Wireless Web

Adds Powerful Wireless Solution to Its Suite of Online Marketing Programs

Engage Media, a division of Engage, Inc. (Nasdaq: ENGA), today announced that it would deliver customizable media programs, services and solutions to the wireless market. Engage Media will begin to leverage the enormous potential of the new wireless Web by providing online marketers with the opportunity to deliver advertisements to wireless devices. Engage Media will also enable publishers to deliver content and advertising solutions onto the wireless Web, and then aggregate this inventory, and deliver it in an advertising solution for marketers to maximize audience reach.

Building on existing wireless relationships, Engage Media will work in conjunction with six companies to deliver customized media solutions to the wireless market. Engage Media will team with wireless Web translator company 2Roam and wireless Internet infrastructure provider Wysdom, Inc., to offer publishers a solution to reformat and deliver content to wireless devices and integrate an advertising component into the creation of their mobile Web sites. Engage will also partner with agentGO.com, a mobile service provider that builds customized mobile applications for the delivery of content, commerce and targeted advertising to any device. These relationships will allow publishers to recognize a new mobile advertising-based revenue stream.

In addition, by working with carrier independent messaging platforms such as Go2 Systems, Geoworks Corporation and JP Systems, also a Web translator and inventory source, Engage Media will extend its existing successful Web-based business to these wireless platforms. These new relationships further strengthen Engage Media's ability to provide marketers with multiple ways to reach their audiences across the wireless Web and maximize both ROI and advertising revenue over the lifecycle of a campaign.

Further demonstrating the power of the 2Roam solution, publishers can extend their current relationship with Engage into the wireless world through the Nomad toolkit.

--agentGO.com, a mobile service provider, uses agent-based technology to help companies get personalized content to mobile users. The agentGO.com system enables 1-way and 2-way interactions between businesses and their employees, partners, suppliers and customers.

--Wysdom, Inc. provides the infrastructure for dot-coms and Internet content providers to communicate with mobile customers around the world. Wysdom's unique applications enable the seamless delivery of content, advertising, and e-commerce transactions via any mobile device available on the market today.

Recently, Wysdom worked in conjunction with Engage AdManager, a powerful ad management solution, to develop wireless ad targeting and delivery solutions for CNET, the leading content network providing news to buyers and sellers around the world.

Engage Media has also joined forces with two advertising inventory providers:

--Geoworks, a pioneer in mobile data communications services and technologies for the business and consumer markets. Geoworks' mobile portal, Mobile Attitude is the test bed for GeoWorks' Mobile ASP(TM) solution.

--Go2 Systems, Inc. is a leading location-based directory and information services provider for users of Web-enabled devices.
