AsiaInfo Inc., the leading provider of Internet-related IT products and solutions in China, today announced a strategic cooperation agreement with Shanghai-based Intrinsic Technology to develop total wireless Internet solutions for mobile operators.

AsiaInfo and Intrinsic plan to integrate each others’ products to develop total wireless Internet solutions that enable mobile carriers to provide and manage a wide range of wireless services and applications. The agreement combines AsiaInfo’s strengths in carrier-class billing and messaging software and system integration with Intrinsic’s core competence in wireless network access, system management and application management and development.
