(Nasdaq: AETH), a leading provider of wireless data services and systems. Under the agreement, ZAMBA Solutions will leverage Aether's industry-standard ScoutWare(TM) product suite as part of ZAMBA's CRM and e-commerce solutions, extending business from the desktop to wireless devices for companies wishing to initiate mobile and wireless business capabilities.

The partnership will leverage the experience of both ZAMBA and Aether in the Wireless and Mobile Technology industry. By utilizing Aether's ScoutWare product suite, including ScoutSync(TM), ScoutIT(TM), ScoutWeb(TM) and ScoutArchitect(TM), ZAMBA and Aether are positioned to deliver integrated mobile and wireless solutions across multiple wireless devices and networks.
