Knowledge Impact and Thinque Systems Form Alliance

Companies to Offer Enhanced Support for Mobile Workforces

Knowledge Impact, Inc., a leading provider of end-user e-learning and performance support solutions for enterprise applications such as CRM (customer relationship management) and ERP, and Thinque Systems Corporation, the premiere provider of mobile CRM and FFA (field force automation) solutions for the mobile workforce, today announced an alliance partnership agreement.

Thinque provides mobile CRM and field force automation software and services to a variety of industries that deploy mobile workers such as consumer packaged goods (CPG), business services, merchandising, pharmaceutical and restaurants. Knowledge Impact's e-learning solutions will complement Thinque's products by providing end-users with access to on-demand training and performance support. Mobile workers performing customer service, sales activities and quality assurance on handheld computers and wireless mobile devices will have the ability to quickly gain access to application and business process training. This will improve their job performance and enable them to better serve their customers.

"Thinque is excited about its new relationship with Knowledge Impact," said Rich Love, vice president of business development for Thinque. "Through the alliance, we can offer customers an important service that increases the likelihood of their success. Knowledge Impact's ability to rapidly deploy world-class training solutions helps our customers reach their mobile worker destination quickly, with fewer user issues."

"By combining Knowledge Impact's e-learning solutions with Thinque's mobile CRM and field force automation products, Thinque can offer clients with mobile workforces more comprehensive solutions to enhance productivity, improve customer service, and create competitive advantage," said Jay Waldron, president and CEO of Knowledge Impact.
