M2Verticom and JP Systems Announce Strategic Alliance to Provide Wireless Software Applications to Vertical Markets

M2Verticom Corporation (M2Verticom), a software application developer for mobile devices, and JP Systems, a pioneer in the development of wireless enabling technology and solutions, today announced a strategic alliance to develop, market and deploy innovative software applications for the mobile computing and wireless data communications market.

The companies will collaborate to design software based on JP Systems' SureWave(TM) platform for mobile devices including digital mobile phones, personal digital assistants, two-way pagers and personal computers for the corporate and consumer users beginning in the medical, legal, real estate, engineering and retail markets.

The focus of the venture is to integrate M2Verticom's software application and JP Systems' wireless technology to create a total mobile communication solution that will significantly enhance the wireless messaging and data exchange capabilities of mobile users.
