Alcatel Expands Datalink.net Wireless System into Advanced Two-way Solution

Datalink.net (Nasdaq:XLNK) today announced that Alcatel, a company that builds next-generation networks and delivers integrated end-to-end voice and data networking solutions to both new and established carriers, as well as to enterprises and consumers worldwide, has decided to expand its existing wireless solution to include a new two-way application.

Alcatel, a long-time Datalink.net customer, has been utilizing HipLink(TM) software developed by Cross Communications, a wholly owned subsidiary of Datalink.net, as part of its building management and maintenance system. This system has now been expanded to include a two-way application using RIM 957 Handheld(TM) devices.
