CreSenda Announces Suite of Wireless Handheld Applications for Five Vertical Markets

Company's Suite of Products Ranging From Financial Services to Health Care Poised to Set Standard for Vertical-Specific Wireless Applications

WHO/WHAT:     CreSenda Wireless, the industry's leading vertical
wireless application service provider, today announced
the first five market-specific applications in its
Wireless Professional Series Suite(SM).  The company
will provide solutions for mobile professionals in
commercial real estate, financial services, sales force
automation, and health care, in addition to its existing
              application for residential real estate,
WirelessRealty(SM). CreSenda's suite of applications can
be deployed across any wireless-enabled device including
the Palm OS and Microsoft Pocket PC platforms, as well
as on the RIM Blackberry line and WAP phones.

The company announced yesterday at COMDEX Fall 2000 an
alliance with Microsoft and GoAmerica to provide the
first end-to-end wireless solution for the real estate
industry delivered on Microsoft's Pocket PC platform.

IMPACT:       Teaming with Microsoft and GoAmerica accelerates the
adoption of CreSenda's additional vertical applications
-- including sales force automation, healthcare,
financial services, and commercial real estate --
driving the entire wireless data category both
              domestically and internationally. Complete wireless
solutions for vertical industries such as this will add
remarkable value for those who depend upon real-time
interaction and information to conduct business -- a
group representing 47 million mobile professionals by
              2003.

This relationship with Microsoft also validates the
company's "technology agnostic" approach to work across
different platforms, including Pocket PC, Palm, and RIM.
"By developing products for five vertical markets, we
are successfully establishing CreSenda as a formidable
player in the wireless ASP arena," said Keith Ramee,
executive vice president of business development for
              CreSenda.

BACKGROUND:   CreSenda recently announced the availability of
WirelessRealty 2.0, a complete, integrated handheld
wireless device for residential real estate
              professionals, which increases efficiency and
productivity while out in the field by enabling them to:

-- Search real-time MLS listings from anywhere in the
              field, nationwide
-- View maps, enhanced photos of homes and detailed
              property profiles
-- Send and receive email, access the entire Internet
-- Manage client appointments and information

WHERE:        GoAmerica will be showing both the CreSenda application
and GoWeb(TM) for the Pocket PC in the Microsoft booth
              at COMDEX.

Doug Dobie, newly appointed president of CreSenda, is
available at COMDEX on Wednesday, Nov. 15, or during the
remainder of the week via conference call to talk about
the product and provide unique insight into the
relationship with Microsoft and GoAmerica, as well as
              soon-to-be hotly contested vertical markets.
