The OmniSky service and modem for Handspring marks a first for Visor users - the ability to experience a full-featured wireless Internet and e-mail solution in conjunction with a Handspring handheld computer. With the introduction of the highly anticipated offering for Handspring, OmniSky advances its strategy to support leading platforms, which allow the company to offer branded wireless Internet services across a range of mobile handheld computers.
The OmniSky wireless modem leverages Handspring's innovative Springboard expansion platform that enables a consumer to be up and running with the OmniSky service in minutes.
