Red-M to Supply Northeast Wireless With Its Award-winning Bluetooth Network Products and Technology

Red-M(TM), a pioneering developer of Bluetooth(TM) networking solutions and subsidiary of Madge Networks N.V. (NASDAQ NM: MADGF), announces today that it is working with Boston-based Northeast Wireless to deliver the benefits of Bluetooth to its U.S. based customers.

Northeast Wireless, a leading supplier of advanced high-speed wireless solutions, provides Internet access and LAN connectivity using licensed and unlicensed radio frequencies. Northeast Wireless plans to install Red-M's 3000AS access servers and 1000AP access points in locations such as restaurants, universities, libraries and offices. Red-M products provide reliable and secure mobile access to the Internet and Intranet from a range of Bluetooth-enabled devices. Red-M was the first company to announce a complete Bluetooth network infrastructure solution on 16 October 2000.
