Webraska, the worldwide provider of personal navigation software platforms and solutions for the Wireless Internet, has partnered with VoiceStream Wireless (NASDAQ: VSTR), the country's fastest growing wireless service provider, to provide navigation services to mobile subscribers as part of VoiceStream's mobile Internet service, WebStream, scheduled to launch by year end. Webraska is a leader in wireless navigation services in Europe. The partnership with VoiceStream represents their entry into the emerging North American market.
Webraska's Global Navigation Service will provide multi-modal (by foot and/or by car, to be followed by public transportation) door-to-door directions and will locate and direct WebStream subscribers to nearby points of interest such as parks and landmarks. In addition, customers will have access to real time traffic maps, a first time service offering in North America.

WebStream is an evolution of VoiceStream's popular personal portal, myvoicestream.com, launched earlier this year. Customers who sign up for WebStream receive a personalized VoiceStream homepage that can be accessed using a GSM Internet ready phone or any computer with Internet access. In addition to providing mobile access to popular applications like email, calendar, and phone book, WebStream can also send personalized homepage content to a customer's phone. As a VoiceStream partner, Webraska's personal navigation service will offer another level of value added content and services.
