Red-M Launches Bluetooth Solutions Development Program M-dev to Accelerate the Development of Innovative Bluetooth Networking Applications

Red-M(TM), a pioneering developer of Bluetooth(TM) networking solutions and subsidiary of Madge Networks N.V. (NASDAQ NM: MADGF), launches today its Bluetooth Solutions Development Program, m-dev, at the Bluetooth Developers' Conference in San Jose, CA. M-dev is designed to support application developers and independent software vendors (ISVs) to create applications that run over Bluetooth networks, delivering innovative solutions to customers in a wide range of industries.

Red-M is a developer of Bluetooth networking product solutions that provide rapid and secure transmission of data, voice and video communications over a wireless infrastructure in buildings and public concourses. As a member of m-dev, developers will be part of a Red-M partner community developing key Bluetooth applications and solutions which integrate with Red-M's technology. The program will enable developers to bring their solutions to market rapidly using Red-M's leading market position and expertise. The ultimate aim of the program is to provide customers with a complete Bluetooth networking solution by fully leveraging high quality partnerships.

As part of the Bluetooth Solutions Development program, members will receive a developers kit comprising of a Red-M 3000AS access server, a variety of Bluetooth edge devices and direct access to Red-M's technical support resources. Red-M will also help in the development and marketing of the applications developed.
