Imark Communications (Imark) today announced a Co-Production Agreement with MobileVillage(R) LLC, the premier consulting organization in the wireless/mobile computing space. Building upon the success of MobileVillage's previous expos and forums, the MobileVillage-Imark team will expand upon these offerings to produce conferences and expos targeted at enterprises that will benefit from wireless/mobile technology solutions.
A pioneer in fostering the mobile technology industry, MobileVillage has become known for its rich, educational conference content and has produced 15 events over the last 7 years, including the first PDA Industry Forum and subsequent Mobile & PDA Expos(TM). During the same period, Imark has developed a highly successful series of focused technology events including its national ITEC portfolio, Broadband Year, Softworld, and ProjectWorld in the U.S., while expanding into several other key markets internationally. The companies' unique combination of excellence in content development and delivery, coupled with the range and depth of a world class logistics and marketing organization, makes this partnership a significant industry milestone.
Imark and MobileVillage already share many of the same philosophies surrounding the development of their events. Both organizations have traditionally developed advisory groups consisting of top corporate buyers and vendors to ensure that the events are customer focused, feature timely content, and meet specific industry needs. Through this partnership, MobileExpo events will leverage both companies' resources to continue to create customer-focused educational wireless/mobile technology events with strong local, national, and global support.
