ExpenseLink/Direct 5.0 is the latest version of Gelco's automated, web-based approval and payment process for business expense management.
ExpenseLink/Direct 5.0 is a user-friendly web-based application with automatic reimbursement that is designed for small to mid-sized enterprises migrating toward using the Internet to manage their business. With the Palm(TM), interface users easily capture business expense transactions at the point of expense and create expense reports from anywhere and at any time, in an offline mode, using their Palm handheld. The Palm interface synchronization enhancement offers compatible desktop and PDA travel expense management applications. With connectivity via HotSync technology, users synchronize the data from their Palm to their desktop expense file where it may be submitted securely via the Internet. Virtually no training, administrative or maintenance resources are needed to implement the service. Users are promptly reimbursed by direct payment to bank accounts within three banking days. Corporate charge cards are paid directly according to their company's payment schedule.
