Former Microsoft Executives and Technology Pioneers Target Global Market for Wireless Infrastructure Solutions

onDevice Corp. (www.ondevice.com) announced today the founding of the company to address the growing need for solutions that improve the reliability and performance of wireless applications and networks.

onDevice was founded by former Microsoft executives Dave Feinleib, Brian Moran and Chuck Mount. Together they bring 40 years of software development, marketing, and business development expertise. Included in onDevice's Advisory Board are John Murray, former CIO of One2One, Doug Johnson, COO, Accessline Inc. and former VP of McCaw Cellular and AT&T Wireless; and Anne Gordon, former CEO of eSociety and former VP at AT&T Wireless. The company has several patents pending on mobile communication and network monitoring technologies and is backed by strategic angel investors.

onDevice's mission is to be the leading global provider of wireless solutions that improve wireless applications and networks and increase ROI on wireless investments. With some 400 million wireless phones in use worldwide, improving end user experience is a priority for enterprises, content providers, Wireless Application Service Providers (WASPs) and wireless carriers. onDevice will announce its first products and customers in Q2 2001.
