Coola Extends Wireless Conduit to Two-Way Coola InterChange Platform for Enterprise Transactions

More than a dozen partners embrace new Coola technology; Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania signs as a customer

Coola Inc., the market leader of end-to-end two-way mobile content delivery, today launched its new "Coola InterChange(TM)" platform and announced a consortium of more than a dozen partners and customers to extend high-growth, highly mobile enterprise market applications to mobile and wireless handheld devices.

The Coola InterChange(TM) platform enables workgroups to integrate standard and customized handheld applications, and facilitates two-way transfer of all types of information either wirelessly or through wireline sync, Bluetooth or RF to Enterprise Back-end, Web and Desktop systems.

Wharton Business School Selects Coola InterChange(TM)

The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania has selected Coola InterChange(TM), maintaining the School's position as a leader in the application of the latest business technology. Wharton is integrating Coola InterChange(TM) into its Intranet, giving students and faculty members access to information from their work, home and across the campus.

Partners adopt Coola InterChange(TM)

A consortium of partners has adopted Coola InterChange(TM), offering a suite of third-party applications, wireless networks and solutions for Coola's Enterprise Customers. The following Coola partners offer corporate connectivity to the mobile workforce:

-- adAlive Inc. is offering Internet Beam stations at airports to allow the traveling businessperson to send and receive price lists, documents, timesheets and product information from their PDA, using Coola InterChange(TM).

-- YadaYada Inc., the first fully integrated Mobile Web Portal and wireless Internet Access platform, has partnered with Coola to offer wireless device access to Enterprise Mobile workforce.

The following "Best of Class" mobile applications have adopted Coola InterChange(TM) to enable workgroups to collaboratively send and share information from mobile applications to the Enterprise back-end:

-- Address+ address book program with Coola will allow users to move individual or group contact information efficiently between users.

-- Blue Nomad will include Coola in its WordSmith(TM) document reader so Enterprise customers can send updated documents remotely to colleagues and clients.

-- Cognitive Root's Syncplicity allows content from email, Word Documents and Web pages to be sent via Coola to sync into a remote Palm application.

-- DeepNet Technologies Memo Safe, empowered with the Coola delivery platform, provides a superior method for Enterprise and wireless users to securely transfer data with other mobile and desktop users.

-- Dream House Software Inc. is implementing Coola InterChange(TM) to send images from PocketPhoto software to allow Real Estate agents to complete a sale from an Open House by sending and receiving comparable house models and prices.

-- Handmark, Inc. will adopt Coola InterChange(TM) in MobileDB(TM), to allow sharing of pricing and reference lists, inventory updates and other data in the standard MobileDB format from mobile and wireless Palm OS(R) devices.

-- Land-J Technologies will adopt Coola in JFile 5.x to allow sales managers to distribute their price lists, retail workers to send inventory lists and small businesses to wirelessly send out invoices from the JFile Palm application.

-- Pimlico Software, Inc. increases business productivity from its DateBk4 and DateBk3 applications to offer a "Send via Coola" option to send your schedule to your friends and co-workers to facilitate group scheduling from a wireless Palm.

-- Primate Systems will use Coola in their wireless-product line to enhance the distribution mechanism for their business and customers.

-- Qvadis Corp. has adopted Coola InterChange(TM)to allow a wireless send of documents from its Express Reader GT Application.

-- Stand Alone, Inc. uses Coola InterChange(TM)to allow sending addresses from your Palm Address book wirelessly to sync into your friends' mobile device.

What is Coola InterChange(TM)?
