Red-M and Saratoga Systems to Develop Mobile CRM Solutions

Red-M(TM), a pioneering developer of Bluetooth(TM) networking solutions and subsidiary of Madge Networks N.V. (NASDAQ NM: MADGF), announces that Saratoga Systems has joined Red-M's successful m-dev(TM) program to develop mobile customer relationship management (CRM) solutions that will enable access to customer information over a wireless connection from a range of Bluetooth enabled devices. By combining CRM with Bluetooth, Red-M and Saratoga are helping to realize the dream of offering up to date customer information at any time or place.

Red-M is a developer of Bluetooth networking product solutions that provide rapid and secure mobile access to the Internet and Intranet from a wide range of Bluetooth-enabled devices. As a member of the m-dev program, Saratoga Systems joins a partner community focused on developing Bluetooth applications and solutions based on Red-M's technology.

End users will be able to extend the benefits of Saratoga Systems' software, Avenue, by allowing their sales teams to access current customer information over a Bluetooth network directly from their handheld personal digital assistants (PDAs). Sales teams will be able to share customer data, efficiently maintain customer records and instantly deliver current information to clients over the Bluetooth network. Customer data collected remotely by the sales teams will be synchronized with the central system quickly and easily over the Bluetooth network.
