GoAmerica Chosen as Wireless Data Solutions Provider for Fujitsu PC Corporation's Mobile Computing Solutions

Leading Go.Web Technology Marks Fujitsu PC Corporation's Entry into Wireless WAN Category

GoAmerica Inc. (NASDAQ: GOAM), a leading wireless data services provider, and Fujitsu PC Corporation (FPC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fujitsu Ltd., today announced plans to offer GoAmerica's Go.Web(tm) wireless service for FPC's range of LifeBook(tm) notebooks and pen tablets solutions, marking FPC's entry into the wireless WAN category.

The two companies have entered into a joint marketing agreement.

GoAmerica will provide a secure customized wireless service for FPC, offering unlimited wireless access on both the CDPD (Cellular Digital Packet Data) and Ricochet networks. The companies expect to launch the offering during the second quarter of 2001.

The combined product, designed to provide true mobility for FPC business customers, will offer wireless data access on the LifeBook range of notebooks, launched last month, and the company's pen tablet computing line, which includes PenCentra 200, Stylistic(tm) LT C-500 and Stylistic 3500.

FPC's notebooks and pen tablets incorporate industry standard and leading-edge technologies to create highly functional, mobile computing solutions that can easily be integrated into a variety of business environments. The company's pen tablets are designed to meet the demands of the mobile enterprise applications in a variety of environments such as sales force automation, merchandising, inspections, insurance claim handlers and healthcare. FPC's mobile solutions are available through its retail and value-added reseller channels(a) as well as at www.fujitsupc.com or 1-877-372-3473.

Go.Web, GoAmerica's proprietary technology, intelligently compresses and encrypts data, optimizing it for viewing on all major devices and data networks. Go.Web will allow mobile FPC customers to securely access and process corporate data, send and receive email, and browse the Internet while away from the office.

"We are pleased that FPC has chosen GoAmerica as the wireless services provider for its leading products," said Joe Korb, president, GoAmerica. "Our decision to team with FPC is based on its world-wide reputation for customer excellence, its focus on vertical business markets and our shared commitment to providing the corporate enterprise with a complete and secure mobile business solution."

"GoAmerica's Go.Web technology is truly unique in its flexibility, scalability and security," said Sara Nelson, vice president of marketing for FPC. "We are delighted to team with GoAmerica to offer a wireless solution for our customers. We are confident that adding remote capabilities to our products will create a powerful tool that will change the way our customers do business."

Through alliances with Fujitsu PC Corporation and companies like Electronic Data Systems, Siebel, Oracle, Dell and Hewlett-Packard, GoAmerica can assist an enterprise in strategy, development and integration of wireless solutions. GoAmerica was recently selected by Forbes ASAP as one of the 100 fastest growing technology companies.
