Midas Joins Forces With CellularMagic

Midas Mobile Entertainment (MME) and CellularMagic have signed a collaboration agreement, and will work
together to create a new offering of enhanced cellular games for customers around the world. According to the
agreement, Midas will develop special cellular games on CellularMagic's cross-protocol, multi-user Ginshoo
platform.

The first stage of the agreement includes the development and implementation of three cross-protocol games
for SMS, WAP and Web:
1. Facie: Players try to make the figure Facie smile, through a variety of possible actions.
2. Golf: The ultimate virtual golf game: players aim to sink the ball into the hole with the fewest possible strokes.
3. Russian Roulette: Players Òpress the triggerÓ of a virtual six-shoot revolver, and lose if they get the bullet.

Implemented on the Ginshoo platform, these thrilling new games will be enjoyed by a maximum number of
gamers Ñ playing in groups, in pairs or alone, on SMS, WAP and/or Web in conjunction. For the benefit of
service operators, Ginshoo also provides a comprehensive tool for user management - the built-in ÒGame ArenaÓ
that automatically performs registration, community management, player matching and accurate scoring.

Mr. Guy Ben-Dov, founder and CEO of CellularMagic, has expressed his satisfaction with the new deal: ÒWe
are very proud that MME has chosen to work with us. I have the highest respect for Midas as one of the worldÕs
largest and most professional game developers. I feel certain that this collaboration will benefit both companies,
as well as numerous customers everywhere.Ó Mr. Ben-Dov added that through the agreement with Midas,
CellularMagic hopes to considerably expand its offering to both cellular operators and end-users.

Mr. Paul Share, President of MME, expects to broaden his companyÕs cellular market by running an array of
exciting games on the flexible Ginshoo platform. ÒThis is a wonderful business opportunity for us,Ó he said. ÒWe
have great faith in CellularMagic and its breakthrough technology, and we look forward to a long and fruitful
collaboration with this inventive young company.
