JTECH Communications, Inc., the pioneer and leading provider of wireless communication systems for the restaurant industry, today announced its partnership with broadband wireless solutions provider TOUCHPAK to create integrated wireless solutions designed to enhance customer relationships and improve operations.
TOUCHPAK created a series of wireless applications for hand held devices, which can be used in the restaurant industry. Waiting guests are provided with rich content, including news, games, e-commerce and streaming video of selected items. The TOUCHPAK system also provides the ability to interface with and improve upon existing in-store systems by integrating inventory control, ordering and management of loyalty and incentive programs. TOUCHPAK's solutions will be deployed in restaurants, theme parks, airports, hospitals, stadiums, malls and other retail locations.
TOUCHPAK and JTECH will jointly expand solutions designed to make waiting more pleasant for guests and work to develop integrated solutions to improve overall restaurant operations. Both companies employ wireless technologies and have the capability to integrate with in-store systems giving operators the flexibility to select from a variety of applications to meet operational objectives.
