Future121's Location Server enables location based information being utilized as part of personalized and user friendly services

Future121's Location Server enables location based information being utilized as part of personalized and user friendly services. The Location Server makes it possible to add location based information as a part of the company's solutions in personalizing their services. The Location Server can easily be integrated into companies' existing systems and therefore enhances customer service and improves product offering to the correct target groups. In the end user's point of view the biggest advantage is personalized multi channel solutions, which are based on the One-to-One concept.

These solutions give the customer access to interesting and correct information independent of place and terminal. The customer can e.g. receive requested information about services and products from the stores nearby to his mobile phone or PDA when visiting an unfamiliar neighborhood. The location server enables location based information to be combined with BroadVision's personalization technology and will in the near future be based on platform independent J2EE-architecture. The location information management is implemented using Tekla Corporation's technology.

The first pilot customer MyAlert.com, is a Spanish service operator, which is specialized in personalized One-to-One solutions in the mobile environment.
