infoUSA's Business Data to Be Integrated with Vindigo's Personal Navigation Application for Handheld Devices

infoUSA.com, (Parent: infoUSA, Nasdaq:IUSA) the leading provider of proprietary online business and consumer databases and sales and marketing solutions, today announced that it has signed an agreement with Vindigo, the leading developer of personal navigation applications for mobile devices. The agreement enables Vindigo to integrate infoUSA.com's POI (Point-of-Interest) database of select businesses in major metropolitan areas in the U.S. and Canada into applications for handheld computers and Internet-ready mobile phones.

Vindigo's first product, also called Vindigo, is a location-based service, freely available to anyone with a Palm OS(R) device or an Internet-enabled cell phone. Currently available for twenty major markets, Vindigo enables individuals to find the best and closest places to eat, shop, and play. It can be downloaded free-of-charge from the company's web site at www.vindigo.com.

As part of the agreement, Vindigo users can access infoUSA's most current location-based information on select consumer "SHOP" services including, apparel retailers, banks, office supply stores, book stores, music stores and sporting goods stores, to name a few.
