Telispark and TIBCO Software Join Forces to 'Mobilize' Business Processes

Companies Will Provide a Suite of Applications Tailored to the Mobile Workforce

-Telispark Inc., a leading developer of enterprise applications for the mobile workforce, today announced an alliance with TIBCO Software Inc. (Nasdaq:TIBX) to offer mobile field service, customer relationship management (CRM), plant maintenance and office productivity applications to the mobile workforce.

The companies plan to offer a complete solution for the enterprise mobile workforce. This will be done with Telispark's software applications, which utilize specific business logic to identify relevant data from a client's back-end systems and then digitize and format such information for delivery to any variety of mobile computing devices; and TIBCO's industry-leading integration software; as well as by leveraging systems integration partners with industry-focused business process experience.

This strong combination of services, applications and infrastructure yields a complete solution that will allow large enterprises to leverage multiple existing back-end systems for the deployment of mobile applications.
