HiQ Develops IT Strategies for Wireless@KTH on Behalf of the Royal Institute of Technology

The IT and management consultancy HiQ is developing IT strategies for Wireless@KTH, a global forum for education and research focusing on wireless systems.

"HiQ is developing IT strategies designed to ensure the highest possible level of quality in the centre's communication. HiQ has longstanding experience of development within both fixed and mobile communication," says Patrik Boman, Managing Director of HiQ Stockholm.

The education and research centre at the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) develops concepts and ideas within the framework of wireless communication. The centre is located in Kista to facilitate interaction between engineers working in industry, research and education.

"Institutes of technology are dynamic meeting places in terms of research and development. It is crucial for companies at the cutting edge of technology to keep pace with development in places where ideas and concepts are created on a daily basis," says Lars Stugemo, CEO HiQ International.

"The centre has several of the world's leading telecoms players as partners, including Nokia, Ericsson, Microsoft and Telia, all companies that are also HiQ customers," concludes Stugemo.
