Wireless WebConnect!, Inc., (OTCBB:WWCO), a leader in high-speed wireless data solutions, today announced it will offer Cellular Digital Packet Data (CDPD) service from a large national carrier to its existing options for wireless data users. CDPD is a wireless data industry standard.

Wireless WebConnect! will use its direct sales force, retail channels and resellers to sell the new services. Three levels of monthly service are being offered based on the quantity of data transmitted (usage) per month, service area and device type. Packages for laptop computers, the HP Jornada(TM) 720 and Compaq iPacs(TM) start with a basic service for $59.95, which includes unlimited local usage plus 400 KB of usage in non-local areas (roaming), a $129.95 service offering unlimited local usage plus 1500 KB of roaming, and a $199 service offering unlimited local usage and up to 3000 KB of roaming. A $29.95 activation fee will apply to all services. Usage over the included amounts will be billed at $.08 per KB. These packages will initially be offered in Dallas, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Seattle and Tampa before nationwide rollout.
An additional service for select handheld devices, like the Palm(TM) V, will be offered at $44.95 per month. This service will include unlimited roaming as well as unlimited local usage and a $29.95 activation fee. This handheld service will be offered initially in the Seattle and Tampa areas.
Wireless WebConnect! will offer the Sierra Wireless AirCard(R) 300 for $479 and the Novatel Merlin(TM) CDPD, Minstrel S(TM) and Minstrel V(TM) for $299 each. More information on Wireless WebConnect! and its service and equipment offerings can be found at www.wwc.com or by calling 800/811-7426.
